How sourcing fees & fee-back work
- 50/50 split. When a deal sells, the investor pays the sourcing fee to OnlyDeals. The sourcer receives 50% and OnlyDeals keeps 50% as co-sourcers.
- Fee-back from our share. Every subscription fee you have paid is banked. On each completed sale we return it to you from our share of the fee.
- Carries over. Anything not yet returned stays banked and comes back on your next completed sale.
- Secure payments. All reservation and sourcing fees are processed by Stripe and held by OnlyDeals until each stage is complete.
