1. Who we are

OnlyDeals operates a private introduction platform for property investors and deal sourcers. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact details (name, email, phone, company); membership and verification documents you upload (such as identity, company registration, ICO registration and anti-money-laundering evidence); investment criteria and deal information you enter; messages sent through the platform; signed agreements; payment records held by our payment processor; and technical data such as log and device information.

3. Why we use it

To review access requests and verify members, to operate matching and introductions, to take payments and manage subscriptions, to provide support, to keep records required by law, and to protect the platform against fraud and misuse.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a vetted marketplace, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where you have given it.

4. Sharing

We share limited information with other members only as the platform requires — for example, an anonymised deal alert to an investor, or your details to a counterparty once a reservation is made. We also use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery and card payments (Stripe). We do not sell your data.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. Uploaded documents are held in private storage and are only visible to you and our verification team. Access is logged and restricted.

6. How long we keep it

Account, transaction and compliance records are kept for as long as you are a member and afterwards for the period required by legal, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Requests can be made through the support area in your account.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep the platform secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
